PERSONAL TRAINING


Why consider Personal Training? I've always believed in brutal honesty and the fact is that the majority of fitness instructors in your local health club have neither the qualifications nor experience to be able to deliver results. The programmes given to members are often virtually identical, taking no consideration of an individual's unique circumstances. I on the other hand am not a salaried employee of a club and get paid for one thing only - RESULTS.

Personal Training is just that, PERSONAL. I'll be with you from start to finish, constantly motivating and observing your progress, fine-tuning the programme to your needs as and when necessary. Also, I've always prided myself on being just a telephone call away if you're having a crisis and need a friendly ear.

Everyone is different and so needs a system unique to them. Most people enjoy certain kinds of exercise more than others and therefore I will try and incorporate these into your new regime. Making training fun but effective is the best way to achieve goals.

In the end Personal Training does have a price tag attached. Although when you consider the price of decent club membership and the time wasted on boring, ineffective programmes it becomes very cost effective. In addition it can if necessary be done in the privacy of your home, at the local park - anywhere to suit your needs.
