Samsung Galaxy Tab Review: Introduction

In November 2010 Samsung released what has become the first mainstream Android tablet - even though for some purposes it is still considered as an overgrown mobile phone.

It runs what was - at the time - the latest version of Android - 2.2 or Froyo. It has a 7" capacitive touchscreen, a 1GHz processor and 500Mb of RAM. Now, these specs will probably seem pretty mundane, but, as the first of its type, the Galaxy Tab deserves a proper review.

I've owned mine for a couple of months now and used it every day. So has it lived up to expectations? I've divided this review into three parts (like Gaul). Which part will you choose to read first?
