League Table Production and Mail Merge Output

Output includes a Mail merge facility to provide statements of points earned and points redeemed for each participant. This includes an ability to pass any of the system maintained statistics to the merged document so that these can be embedded in the out-going communication. There is an option to calculate league tables and output these with a mail merge.

An output history is retained so that the history of communication for each dealer/individual can be tracked.

A full suite of reports can be set up to produce the different results tables required during all phases of an incentives campaign, with users able to change appropriate reporting periods and report titles. Results can be exported to various formats including printing, data file, spreadsheet and database.
